“Change happens through movement and movement heals.” - Joseph Pilates
Meg is a New York City–based Senior Pilates Instructor who has been teaching private and group sessions since 2019. She began her career at Equinox, where she was recognized as a Top Instructor. Since then, she has expanded her work into freelance instruction, teaching beyond the traditional studio setting and building a diverse, loyal clientele.
Meg’s approach centers on intelligent, purposeful movement designed to strengthen the body, prevent injury, and cultivate a practice that is both healing and appropriately challenging. She works with a wide range of clients—from professional dancers and athletes to older adults—and takes pride in her ability to thoughtfully support every individual, regardless of age or experience level.
In addition to her teaching, Meg is a working professional dancer. She draws on her extensive dance background to bring a refined eye, anatomical awareness, and deeper movement understanding to each session. She is comprehensively certified through Studio Du Corp under the training of Diane Diefenderfer, with full apparatus certification including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrel, and Tower.
